Mike has led at every level the Army offers, from platoon through brigade, with combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He then spent years advising defense, diplomatic, and civilian officials at the cabinet level in New York, Washington, D.C., and overseas, where the problems arrived without clean answers and the stakes were measured in national consequence.

He understands the particular isolation of senior leadership: the decisions you cannot fully explain to your staff, the ones you cannot take back, and the ones that follow you home. Today he coaches for-profit and nonprofit chief executives, business owners, and senior executive teams alongside military leaders. He also built and taught a coaching program at the Army War College.

Court led teams of two to 180 in wartime operations overseas as a U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret. Chris is a retired Army Colonel who spent 30 years as an Infantry Officer and Army Strategist, including two deployments to Iraq and a tenure as Assistant Professor of Strategy at the National Defense University. He led the Army's Future Study Program, producing the research that guided where the Army placed its modernization investments. That is work where being wrong is expensive and being early is unpopular.

He now serves as Vice President of Operations for Mira Precision Health, which makes him fluent in the government enterprise and the commercial one at the same time. He is a certified instructor with Simon Sinek's Optimism Company and co-founded a nonprofit supporting veterans.

Larisa began her Air Force career in military intelligence and finished it leading wellness and leadership programs for military and civilian personnel supporting the National Security Agency. Mike is a West Point graduate who served as a U.S. Army Officer with peacekeeping duty in Kosovo and combat operations in Iraq.
