Mike Rauhut

Mike thrives when serving leaders and teams focused on development and growth. His organizational, executive, and life-transition coaching experience includes for- and non-profit chief executives, business owners, senior executives and their teams, and military leaders. A published author, storyteller, and teacher, Mike speaks professionally and recently concluded creating a coaching program and adjunct teaching at the Army War College.


A first-generation American and 1989 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Mike commissioned as an Infantry officer and subsequently commanded at the platoon-, company-, battalion-, and brigade-level. His 30-year uniformed service includes combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, followed by advising cabinet-level and senior defense, diplomatic, and civilian officials in New York City, Washington, D.C., and overseas.


Mike holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and is a Halftime® and International Coach Academy® Professional Certified Coach. He also serves as an advisor and board member for non-profits, is a life-member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and holds a Master of Science in Operations Research and a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies with highest distinction from the Naval Postgraduate School and Naval War College, respectively.
