Larisa Harrington

Larisa Harrington is an Executive Leadership and Well-Being Coach, Consultant, and Trainer with more than two decades of experience partnering with leaders and organizations to cultivate cultures where people and performance thrive. A 20-year Air Force veteran and founder of Strong By Nature Wellness, she integrates neuroscience, mindfulness, and evidence-based leadership and wellness tools to help organizations strengthen leadership capacity, engagement, and culture.


Larisa began her military career in the intelligence field, where she learned the importance of focus, adaptability, and service. Early in her career, her passion for human performance led her to begin part time work in the wellness field, supporting individuals in creating healthier, more fulfilling lives. As her expertise deepened, her focus evolved to include leadership development and organizational well being. While leading programs for military and civilian personnel supporting the National Security Agency, Larisa saw firsthand how people-centered leadership drives both individual fulfillment and collective results. After retiring from the Air Force in 2017, she transitioned fully into this work, partnering with purpose-driven organizations to foster cultures of well-being and sustainable impact.



A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) through the International Association of Yoga Therapy, Larisa also holds advanced training in emotional intelligence, neuroscience, leadership development, and holistic well being. She has worked with leaders across government, healthcare, legal, military, education, and nonprofit sectors, among others, helping them strengthen self-awareness, communication, and leadership effectiveness at every level of their organizations. She is most often invited to coach and speak on topics such as navigating change, building emotional intelligence, preventing burnout, and cultivating healthy communication and conflict management skills. Through coaching, consulting, and training, Larisa helps organizations bridge the gap between performance and well-being, improving retention, engagement, and effectiveness while creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work.
