Transforming Leaders & Coaching Excellence

Dr. Anthony Randall

Executive Leadership Coach ICF PCC

Dr. Anthony Randall is a West Point graduate, retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, Ranger, and veteran of six combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. Over nearly three decades he has developed leaders in the most demanding environments on earth: Special Operations, Major League Baseball, Fortune 100 boardrooms, and higher education. He has coached and trained more than 17,000 professionals and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and the founder of Vanguard XXI, an ICF-accredited coaching academy.

Anthony's coaching is grounded in character, not technique. He works with executives who want to lead with more clarity, more courage, and more intentionality and who are ready to do the inner work that sustains outer performance. His book Practicing Excellence won the International Impact Book Award for Social Change and frames the philosophy behind everything he does: excellence is not an event. It is a practice.
